Refund Policy
When we take on a new client we ask for a non-refundable deposit of $500 to cover all the admin costs related to your pet’s transportation. Generally we ask for the remaining balance to be paid once the airline confirms the booking.
However, in cases where there are other large expenses such as kennel, whether custom or off the shelf, ground transportation through one of our partners, or veterinarian or boarding costs we will ask for these payments to be made upfront.
If you have to cancel your pet’s travel we will make our best effort to refund any money paid that has not been spent on hard costs. This is done at the discretion of Furry Freight LLC and in cases where airlines or other vendors will not provide us a refund we will not be able to return those funds to the client. Generally, any cancellation less than 14 days from the travel date will result in less than a full refund and the initial deposit for admin fees and any additional funds for costs as described above can not be refunded.
